Sports betting:

• All bets are accepted and settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as declared by the governing body. For cricket markets, this includes the results declared by the ICC, BCB, or the relevant tournament authority.
• bajivi reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void individual bets, or void entire event markets where there is evidence of match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, data feed errors, or where the integrity of the event is in question.

• Match-fixing and insider information: Placing bets based on inside knowledge of match outcomes, or participating in any activity that constitutes corruption of sporting events.

• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the requested timeframe.

• Confirmed or strongly suspected multi-account activity.
• Initiation of a chargeback or payment dispute against bajivi.
• Player-requested self-exclusion under bajivi's responsible gaming programme.
• Legal order, regulatory requirement, or court injunction requiring account restriction.

Player-initiated account closure: You may close your bajivi account at any time by contacting the support team. Before your account is closed, bajivi will process any pending withdrawal requests to the extent that your balance and verification status permit. Once an account is closed at a player's request for standard reasons, it may be reopened after a cooling-off period upon written request to support.

Nothing in these Terms is designed to exclude liability that cannot be lawfully excluded, including liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury caused by bajivi's own negligence. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bajivi's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their bajivi account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the bajivi Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and bajivi with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
